What is this shipping & delivery Policy?

  • A shipping charge of Rs.500. will be applicable to all orders. The charges will be waived off for the orders amounting to Rs.999. and above.
  • We currently ship products only within INDIA. You can place orders from across the INDIA and payments need to be in rupees only and delivery addresses are restricted to INDIA
  • We ensure the fastest delivery of orders. Depending on the location it will take a minimum of 8-9 Business days (Subject to concerned Govt. Guidelines) to have orders Delivered.

What are my delivery options?

Home Delivery

Delivery will be confirmed at checkout.

Great news, shipping is currently free for all orders over Rs.1500. Orders under  Rs.700 . will be charged at Rs.150. for shipping per order.

Please note that our delivery service may be affected over bank holidays and during sale periods. Specific delivery details will be confirmed at the time of order however your order may take longer than stated during these times.

 Please be aware that if you place multiple orders close to each other, they may be packed together to ensure you receive the goods as quickly as possible.

We’re sorry, shipping to an alternative address other than the account address is not possible. This includes a work address, PO Box or an address in another country.

Will I be charged customs fees?

You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations.

Our terms of sale to our customers in the INDIA are DDP – Delivered Duty Paid. That is to say, the amount paid by you is fully inclusive of delivery to the specified delivery address and all duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

To track your parcel, simply click on the link in the email and you’ll be directed to the courier website. If you can’t locate the tracking email, please make sure you’ve checked your spam and junk folder.
